Simplify Management?

This is not a "how to be a project manager course" but rather "how to be a great project manager".

Many managers, supervisors or more senior colleagues today don't have the time, possibly the knowledge or desire to guide you while dealing with their own struggles.

My team and I bring a wealth of experience and learning from the "field" and our mentors. We came up in a time where your manager or leader or a more senior peer were expected to guide the new person on the team.

We have distilled our learnings into courses and our coaching so that you can benefit in a much shorter time frame.

Simplify Management

Founder

Simplify Management is a coaching and advisory service that I started for project managers, product managers and leaders that are new to project management

After more than 25 years in business operations, project management and consulting, interviewing 1000's of people, hiring hundreds of people and coaching many of them I concluded that there are many things that I learned that just aren't taught anywhere.

My team and I bring experience in multi-year engagements for F'500 companies including Financial Institution's, Telecom, Transportation, Retail and Government to our training, coaching and consulting for individuals, startups and corporate clients.

We help people managing projects to be their best whether they are a new project manager or a new leader responsible for projects that has never managed projects before.

In addition to Simplify Management, I am also a senior partner with the Whitestone Group, a consultancy specializing in enterprise cost reduction strategies and an advisor to several startups.
