- We hold a 30-minute follow-up check-in within 30 days.
How to prepare
Preparation is deliberately light. The session works best when you arrive with your own view of the initiative rather than a curated status pack.
- Be ready to describe the intended outcome in your own words.
- Know which decisions are currently open or stalled.
- Have a sense of what happens to the business if the initiative slips.
- Identify who else, if anyone, should attend.
