Executive On-Callā„¢
Senior delivery counsel when the stakes are high.
When a delivery issue lands on your desk and you need an experienced second opinion, you can call me. You don't have to make the decision alone.
Who it is for
Things are basically under control. You want experienced, independent counsel available.
You are a director, VP, sponsor or executive accountable for a complex initiative. Your team is doing the work, and nothing is on fire. But the decisions keep coming: an escalation to answer, a steering deck to sign off, a vendor position to take, a date to commit to.
You are not buying meeting time. You are buying pattern recognition, independent judgment, and the ability to pressure-test a decision before it becomes an expensive problem.
Each month
What you get
Two private advisory calls
Up to 30 minutes each. You book a time that suits you.
Book when it suits you
Choose the time with a simple booking link, so we talk while the decision is still live.
Video meeting or phone call
When you book, choose a video meeting or a phone call. For a phone call, add your number and I will call you.
The same advisor every time
Continuity, so you never have to rebuild the context from scratch.
The boundary
Think with me. Not do this for me.
Executive On-Call is advisory. You keep ownership of the decisions, and I help you see the risks and options clearly before you commit.
It is not project execution, PM replacement, document production or meeting attendance. If you need me in steering committees, reviewing large volumes of material, managing project managers or actively intervening, that is a different kind of engagement. I will tell you, and we can scope it separately.
How it starts
Simple to start
1. A 15-minute conversation
We establish whether On-Call is the right fit for your situation. No pitch, and I will say so if it is not.
2. A short proposal letter
Two pages, in plain language: your situation, what is included, the investment and the terms.
3. You are up and running
Once signed, you receive a welcome email with everything you need, and we hold the first call within two weeks.

Questions
Common questions
Do I need a Reality Check first?
No. Many leaders start with a fit conversation. If your situation is not yet clear, I will suggest the Reality Check first, because On-Call works best once you know what is actually true.
How is this different from a coach or a consultant?
A coach develops you. A consultant does the work. On-Call gives you an experienced, independent view on specific delivery decisions, when you need it, while you keep ownership.
What if I don’t use all my calls?
Calls do not carry over. In a quiet month, book them anyway and use the time to look ahead at the decisions coming up.
Can my team use it?
On-Call is for one named executive. If your team needs direct support, that is Governance & Delivery Advisory, which we can scope separately.
What happens if the issue becomes bigger?
I will tell you as soon as I see it. If it needs more involvement than On-Call allows, we can scope Governance & Delivery Advisory or Project Recovery under a separate proposal.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays confidential, and I never name you or your organization without your written consent.
